½ pound bacon (fried crisp and broken in small pieces)
¼ pound Swiss cheese , grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups half & half
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
¼ cup grated onion (I use green onion)
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper)
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Using one 9" pie crust, sprinkle bacon in bottom. Next sprinkle cheese over bacon. Mix together the rest of ingredients and pour over bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand before cutting.
