2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (I recommend Kraft's "Three Cheese Blend", which consists of parmesan, romano, and asiago, instead of just parmesan, but if you can't find it parmesan is great, too)
1 tsp garlic powder (McCormick's "California Style Garlic Powder" is preferred)

Tortilla chips, assorted crackers, crostini (toasted bread/baguette slices) or other favorite for serving

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine first four ingredients together. Spread mixture into 8x8-inch (2 quart) baking dish.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, crostini or other favorite.
