4 medium tomatoes...
4 cloves garlic, chopped...
1 T fresh chopped, basil...
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º...
Quarter tomatoes...
Chop garlic...
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and top with chopped garlic...
At this point I add 2 t of olive oil and toss to combine tomatoes and garlic....I realize this is not in recipe, however, I believe it adds a layer of flavor...
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes...
Remove from oven and let it rest 5 minutes..
Now add the chopped basil and feta cheese, toss to combine and serve...
Enjoy!

I like this with a nice grilled steak...
Red wine and oh, so good...

Some people like to serve the tomatoes with a crusty bread, putting the bread on plate and topping it with the tomatoes, garlic, basil, cheese and some pan drippings of olive oil..
