1 32 oz. bag cubed hashbrowns, thawed
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom roasted garlic soup
3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hashbrowns. Melt butter. Soften cream cheese. In a large mixing bowl combine hashbrowns, butter, cream cheese, soup, one cup cheese, and pepper to taste. Place in 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
