8 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
1/4 water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup grated Ramano cheese
8 (1/2 ounce) slices soked cured ham, cut into 1/2 inch squares
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fetuccine according to package directions. Place in a large bowl and keep warm.
Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add vegetables, cook 3 minutes til vegetables are crisp tender. Drain and keep warm.
Place milk in a small saucepan heat until warm..Add milk and cheese to fettuccine stil until thoroughly heated and stir in reserved vegetables, ham and pepper
