2 T oil
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 cups sliced celery
1 sliced green pepper
1/4 cup sliced mushroom
1 boullion cube
1 cup hot water
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp soya sauce
1 pound hamburger
1 cup cooked rice
chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, green pepper, and mushrooms in oil. Brown hamburger. Add boullion dissolved in water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add soup and soya sauce. Add rice. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Bake covered at 350º for 20 minutes.
