2 pounds stewing beef
2 T flour
1 T salt
some pepper
some paprika
2 T oil
4 each small onions, carrots, and potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle beef with flour, mixed with seasonings. Toss with oil in a 3 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400º for 30 minutes. Stir once. Add vegetables, salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce and water over all. Cover. Bake at 350º for 1 3/4 hours. Makes four servings.
