10 oz. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
5 lbs. chicken wings (or legs)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and marinate overnight. Drain sauce and put meat on a greased, foil-lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
