3 cups rhubarb
1 cup orange juice or water
1 package strawberry jello
1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb in liquid until tender. Stir in jello. Let cool.
Fold in whipped cream. Turn into serving bowl and chill. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
