1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup margarine, melted
1 pound prunes or dates
sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust and Topping: Combine flour, salt, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oats and melted margarine. Spread half in 8 x 8 pan.
Boil prunes until soft. Drain and cool. Take out stones and mix by hand. Add sugar to taste and add vanilla. Spread over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º until golden brown.
