4 cups quick cooking oats
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and leave for at least three hours (or overnight). Then mix in remainder. Drop on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes.
