5 egg yolks
1 egg white
1/2 cup thick cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add sugar. Add other ingredients. Roll out thin. Cut into diamond shapes. Make slit in center & knot. Fry in deep fat at 370º until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
