2 pounds Flounder or Haddock fillets
1½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup lemon juice
¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon basil leaves
2 teaspoons salt
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:

Heat oven to 500 degrees. Place fish in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, spoon over fish. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. If desired, garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings.
