1 lb. Linguisa
Carrol Shelbys chili kit
2 lbs ground beef
3, 26 oz cans Ranch Style Texas beans
3, 14.5 oz cans Stewed tomatoes ( cut up)
1/2 can or bottle beer
10+ slices of pickled jalapeno slices ( minced)
1 yellow onion ( minced)
1/4 cup garlic (minced)
1 tbls lemon pepper
1 tsp cumin
garlic salt (to taste, ) to replace salt packet in mix

Directions:
Directions:
Chop linguisa and fry with jalapenos; set aside.
Fry beef with onion, garlic, and spices (1/4 packet chili powder for medium spice, more for crazy spicy)
Mix meats add reaming ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes . Garlic salt to taste.
