Poblano whole chilies ( Green)
1-2 pounds Monterrey jack cheese ( cut cheese into 2 inch strips)
6 eggs (beat in large dish
2 cups flour ( put in to separated dishes )
vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff chilies with cheese
beat eggs with milk until well mixed
add vegetable oil about 1 inch depth in medium to large skillet, heat on high for about 5 minutes ( get oil very hot)
have flour in two separate dishes.
take stuff chilies and roll in flour then eggs then flour again, put in hot oil until golden brown.

This was Garold Todd Benners Favorite Dish (2.2.1989,- 10.4.2012); This was the least meal my self and his Grandmother Judy cooked him in the end of June 2012. We visited him in Tulsa
