2½ pounds ground sirloin
½ package button mushrooms
½ onion, chopped
1 can beef broth

Mix above in skillet an brown. In separate pan, thicken a can of beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce to flavor. Whisk frequently. While above is cooking, boil potatoes for mashing. Drain. Add two big handfuls of bleu cheese and four serving spoons of sour cream and a handful of chopped chives and butter to taste. Mash the potatoes. Mix the gravy with the sirloin and place in oven-ready serving dish. Fold in one egg white with the potatoes and spread the potato mixture on top of the beef mixture. Broil for a few minutes until potatoes are brown. Serve hot.
