3 lbs Salmon Filet (6 pieces)
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2T Soya Sauce
1T Garlic Powder
1t Salt
1/4t Pepper - freshly ground
1/4C Rye Whiskey
1T Brown Sugar
4 Garlic Cloves minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except salmon to to make marinade.
2. Pour the marinade over the fish, in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Barbecue on oiled grill for aabout 3 to 4 minutes per side, until salmon starts to flake, brushing with marinade several times during cooking.
