7 oz. crab meat (fresh or packaged)
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. milk
Dash of horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare ramekin with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients and pour in ramekin or small baking dish.
3. Bake for 20-25 min. until bubbly or browned on top.
4. Serve with your choice of crackers, veggies or French bread.
