1 can or 2 jars artichoke hearts, drained & mashed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350º. Prepare ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients together. I use a blender.
3. Bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
4. Serve for dipping your choice of crackers or veggies.
