7-10 lb Boston Butt
1- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
1 packet Lipton's Onion soup mix
1 jar Blueberry Preserves
3 layers of foil (18 inches wide) to wrap meat in
large foil disposable pan

Directions:
Directions:
Rub Kitchen Bouquet on meat. Sprinkle Lipton Soup Mix on top of the Boston Butt, then put blueberry preserves on top of the soup mix. /wrap in 3 INDIVIDUAL layers of aluminum foil. Place in disposable foil pan.
Bake at 225 to 250 degrees for 8 to10 hours.
Once done, use forks to shred.
