1 3oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. Softened butter

2 eggs
1 TB. Melted butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Let cheese & butter soften.
Blend in flour then chill
Shape into 24 one inch balls
Place in mini muffin tins
Push thumb down & press to bottom & sides.
BE SURE crust extends above opening so filling doesn't bubble out!
Make filling by beating eggs first, then add all the rest of the ingredients & beat well
Pour quickly & continue to keep filling mixed as you pour into shells
I find it easier to sprinkle a couple pecans into dough cups then pour filling on top
Bake for 25 minutes
Cool before removing from tins
