Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak, cut into strips
1/4 c. Cornstarch
2 TB olive oil
1/2 tsp. Minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 c. Soy sauce
3/4 c. Water
3/4 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Shredded carrots
3 medium onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place cornstarch in a bowl & cover each piece of meat.
Place in crock pot
Discard remaining cornstarch
Combine remaining ingredients & pour over meat
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hour
Serve over rice & topped with green onions
