Roll of biscuits - variety of your choice
Jar of salsa - flavor of your choice
1/2 c. Or so of Pepper Jack Cheese
1 c. Or so of shredded or diced ham
Scallions to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the roll of biscuits then cut up into 4-6 pieces each & put into a medium bowl
Cover with salsa & stir until completely covered
Pour into a rectangular baking dish
Sprinkle with cheese, then ham, then scallions
Bake until golden brown.
Cut into squares to serve
