2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1 Tsp. Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C. Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
4 Tbs. Cocoa
1 C. Water
1/2 C. Oil

Directions:
Beat 2 sticks butter. Combine all ingredients above and mix well. Pour in large sheet cake pan and bake about 25 minutes at 350º. Frost while still warm.

Frosting: Boil 1 stick butter, 4 Tbsp cocoa, 6 Tbsp Milk, 1 Tsp. Vanilla. Add to 16oz box powdered sugar. Mix well
