Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 lb shrimp - you can also use crawfish, crab, or a combination of them
1 large onion
1 stalk celery
2 cloves garlic
8 oz Velvetta Cheese - you can use regular or hot depending on how you like it.
6 ox egg noodles
1/8 cup flour
1/2 pint half and half cream
parsley for garnish - I leave this off

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee inion, garlic & celery in butter. Add 1/2 and 1/2 cream and cook until veggies are done. Add melted cheese, flour & shrimp (or other meat). Cook for 25 minutes. Season to taste.

Pour over the cooked egg noodles, mix and then bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.l
