Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar
1 small can of pineapple tidbits with juice
1 tablespoon mayo
1 cup chopped pecans
2- 8oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
Directions:
Directions:
Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil
boil for 3 minutes, drain, then pour pineapple over cream cheese, mayo & pecans
Mix on low speed until blended.
Chill overnight
Serve with crackers
