2 TB chocolate chips
2 to 3 TB Peanut ( or other nut) Butter
2 TB Milk ( or nut milk) could use flavored coffee creamer
1/2 c. Oats
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla
1 TB sweetener (brown/ white sugar, Agave, maple syrup or Stevia)
1 TB other dry ingredients
(coconut, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, raisins, protein powder, etc)

Directions:

Melt first 3 ingredients in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring & checking
Then add oats & any other dry ingredients, stir to combine.
You want this mixture to be fairly dry. If it's not dry enough, then add more oats 1 TB at a time
Press mixture into bars or balls. Lining a TW container with plastic wrap makes clean up easier
Put into refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes or until bars have set up.
