6-8 large russet potatoes (or any potato you like)
1/2 to 1 whole onion
A few celery stalks
1 stick butter
Milk, enough to cover ingredients
1 egg
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Do same to onions and celery. Put potatoes, onions, and celery into pot and cover with water. Cook until done. Drain water and cover with milk. Add 1 stick of butter. Cook slow until milk heats up.

In separate bowl, mix 1 egg and plenty of flour. Drop small dollops into soup.

Cook until dough balls are done. Enjoy!
