1 4.5 oz. can mushrooms, drained but liquid reserved
1 green pepper,chopped
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsps Chicken bouillon powder
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 1/4 c. Hot water
4 cooked, boneless chicken breasts, chopped
4 oz. chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mushrooms & peppers together in butter for 5 minutes or until slightly soft
Blend in flour,salt, & pepper & cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Stir in bouillon, milk, water & mushroom juice.
Heat until boiling, stirring constantly & cook for one minute, stirring constantly
Stir in chicken & pimento & heat through.
Serve over cooked rice, toast or noodles
Can be made ahead & reheated
