Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups sugar
Milk (enough to wet sugar)
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 jar peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar into saucepan. Add just enough milk to wet it. Add stick of butter. Cook until it reaches 240ºF on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 jar peanut butter. Stir. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut.

*To make chocolate fudge, cook it the same way except instead of peanut butter add a bag of chocolate chips.
