1/2 C corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 C sugar
1 C raw/unsalted peanuts (can use dry roasted)
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir syrup, sugar, salt and peanuts in 1 1/2 qt. bowl. Microwave 4 minutes high, then stir. Microwave 3 minutes high. Add butter and vanilla. Stir. Microwave 1 or 2 minutes or until caramel colored. Add baking soda and stir in. IMMEDIATELY pour on greased sheet and spread (hardens quickly) till cool. Wipe PAM off the bottom. Break up and store in airtight container
