1.5# ground beef
1 8 oz jar sliced mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 slices Provolone cheese
2 T butter
2 large onions, thinly sliced into wedges
2 med. red bell peppers, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can Pillsbury Grands bisquits

Directions:
Directions:
reheat 350º, spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray

in skillet cook beef, mushrooms and seasoning over medium heat, drain, place in baking dish, arrange cheese over mixture

in same skillet melt butter, heat onions and bell peppers, cover cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes, stir in garlic, spoon over cheese layer

separate dough into 8 bisquits, arrange over mixture

bake 35-40 minutes
