1/2l lb. hamburg ( lean ground beef)
Smaller diced onion
Left over Mashed potatoes or cook & mash about 4 potatoes
Salt & pepper
Allspice
Celery salt & Bell's seasoning

Directions:
Cook meat with onions until soft & no longer pink.mash up meat so it's in small uniform pieces
Drain off grease & take off heat
Add mashed potatoes & seasoning

Can be put into a pie crust if making a meat pie (but might have to double recipe ?)

No measurements on the spices so good luck
Mashed potatoes should be thick, not runny.
Mom loved to make this the day after Thanksgiving using left over mashed potatoes & served turkey gravy on top, with cranberry sauce on the side
