1 1/2 lb. hamburg ( known as ground beef to the rest of us)
1 1/2 c. Chopped onion
1 c. Chopped celery
1/2 c. Chopped green pepper or small jar of pickle relish ( I use both)
2 TB of fat ( not sure what was meant here but not needed)
1 bottle of Chile Sauce
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
2 TB vinegar ( could use less if using jar of relish)
1/2 tsp. Salt (I use seasoned salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions & peppers until meat no longer pink & veggies are soft. Break up meat into smallest pieces possible, without over cooking everything.
Add all the rest of the ingredients & cook "for a while".
Serve on hamburger rolls

Love this recipe. Can do less brown sugar or use agave & flavor to taste.
If too thick you can add water by rinsing out chile sauce bottle.
Double the recipe because it reheats really well.
