Salad
4 vine-ripened tomatoes, halved
2 Avocadoes diced
1 English cucumber, seeded and diced
1 Shallot, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
1 Handful chopped Basil
1 Handful chopped Chives
1 Handful chopped Dill
Steak Spice Croutons
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. melted Butter
1 tbsp. Steak spice
4 thick slices Country loaf, coarsely cubed
Fried Cheddar
1 c. Flour
Salt and Pepper
4 eggs
1 lb Cheddar cut in bite size pieces

Directions:

Salad
Toss together tomatoes, avocadoes, cucumbers, shallot and herbs. Add the olive oil and vinegar, toss again. Season with salt and pepper.

Steak Spice Croutons
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 400ºF until golden and Crisp, approx.. 10 min.

Fried Cheddar
Season flour with Salt and Pepper. Wisk eggs in separate dish. Coat Cheddar with flour then egg then flour again. Fry cheese 2 min. or until golden. Drain on paper towel, season with salt and pepper.

Add Croutons and Fried Cheddar to salad as desired.
