Peach Pie Recipe

Prepared pie crust (see pie dough recipe) 9 inch pan
5 cups sliced fresh peaches (about 9 medium)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 390ºF. Mix peaches and lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon; stir into peaches. Turn into pastry-lined pie plate, and dot with butter. Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it; seal and flute. Cover crust edge with aluminum foil or crust covering. Remove during last 15 minutes of baking. Bake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust, 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Check at 45 minutes.
