6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
Red and Yellow food coloring (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Grated zest of 3 oranges
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Chocolate shavings for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff but not dry. Place whipping cream in a separate bowl and add 4 drops of red food coloring and 12 drops of yellow. Add vanilla and beat until thick. Fold in orange zest and Grand Marnier. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the whipped cream. Pour into a glass serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving and garnish with chocolate shavings.
