1 jar grapevine leaves
3 tbls. butter or magarine
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup rice
salt and pepper

Drain brine from grapeleaves and rinse thouroughly.

mix meat and rice and season w salt and pepper

When filling leaves, keep shiny side of leaf out.
Line bottom of pot with leaves and then carefully arrange the dolamthes in layers. Add 2 cups chicken or beef broth.....dot top with pea size butter chips. lay a plate directly on top of layered dolmathes. simmer for 1 hour.....or until leaves are tender when cut with a fork!
