Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats (any type but instant)
1/2 cup milk (any kind--regular, almond, soy, etc)
your choice of fruit, nuts, coconut, chia seeds, agave or other sweeteners

Directions:
Directions:
In a canning jar or other container that you can seal tightly, add the oats and milk. You can also add anything else (except for bananas--add them before serving.)
Shake well, and store overnight in refrigerator. These are great "to-go" breakfasts and last in the fridge for 7 days, so make several at a time!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are great because you can customize them as you make them. Put pineapple, coconut and mandarin oranges in one, and a dollop of black raspberry jam in another. Toss in some blueberries and brown sugar and walnuts in a third. Sweeten to your liking. These are awesome!
