1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box any flavor cake mix
2 Tbsp water

Using a large plastic bowl with tightly fitting lid or a large ziplock bag, mix both cake mixes together, stirring or shaking well.

For each individual serving, take out 3 Tbsp of cake mix and mix with 2 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.
You now have your own individual cake! Top it with whatever you'd like--a dollop of fruit, whipped cream, chocolate or caramel ice cream topping. Use your imagination! You can always throw nuts, coconut, etc into the cup before cooking if you'd like also.
Keep the remaining cake mix stored tightly sealed.

This is called 1-2-3 because you cook for one minute--3 Tbsp cake mix and 2 Tbsp water.
