2 pounds round steak
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Trim fat from steak and cut into serving sized pieces. Pound flour into both sides of the steak. Heat oil in large skillet; brown steak on both sides. Season with seasoned salt. Place in a large baking dish; cover with onion slices.

In the same skillet, heat tomatoes, loosening browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over steak, cover with lid or foil and bake at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until fork tender.
