1/2 cup lite soy sauce
2 T. dark brown sugar
3 green onions, chopped
2 T. Sherry
3 pounds pork tenderloin
Garnish: fresh rosemary

Gingered Jezebel Sauce:

2/3 cup pineapple preserves
1/3 cup apple jelly
2 T. prepared horseradish
1 T. grated fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and sherry in a shallow dish or large zip lock plastic freezer bag: add pork. Cover or seal and chill 20 minutes.

Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade. Grill pork, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350º-400º) 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155º, turning once and basting with 1/2 cup Gingered Jezebel Sauce the last 5-10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes or until thermometer registers 160º. Slice and serve with remaining 3/4 cup Gingered Jezebel Sauce. Garnish with fresh rosemary.

Gingered Jezebel Sauce:

Microwave pineapple preserves and apple jelly in a glass bowl at HIGH 2 minutes or until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients.
