2 Whole Chicken Breasts
Flour
4 T Butter
2 minced garlic cloves
2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 1/2 C. Fresh cherry tomatoes; cut in half then in half again
1/3 cup sliced green onions
10 T. Soy Sauce
10 T. Lemon Juice
10 T. Chicken Broth
12 T. White Wine

Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Put in plastic bag with enough flour to completely cover. Shake until well coated. In large skillet add butter and garlic. If gets dry add olive oil. Add chicken, shake to rid excess flour when putting in skillet. Sauté 5 minutes and turn. Add mushrooms, stir few minutes. Add green onions and tomatoes. Stirring constantly.

Mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, chicken broth and white wine. Add liquids to chicken mixture. Stir scraping pan bottom. Bring to boil. Should thicken as boils. Serve over angel hair pasta
