juice of one lemon
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c white wine
2 T butter
1 T Tomato paste
2 lbs medium shrimp
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 c chopped parsley
14 1/2 oz can crushed tomaotes
1 t dried oregano
3/4 lb feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour lemon juice on shrimp and set aside. Saute onions, garlic, and parsley in olive oil. Add tomatoes, wine, tomato paste and oregano and 1/2 c water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Cook shrimp in butter and combine with sauce. Sprinkle feta on top and bake at 375 until cheese is melty.
