2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 cups cubed cooked chicken (I use the refrigerated roasted chicken shortcuts)
1 package (16 oz) frozen peas, carrots, beans and corn
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drain noodles and add the noodles to the chicken mixture. Transfer to a greased 8 inch cake pan or casserole dish. Cover and bake casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer until heated through.
