1 C flour
3/4 C Oatmeal
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C melted butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 Cups diced Rhubarb or Apples
1 C Sugar
1 C Water
2 T Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until crumbly the first 5 ingredients
Press 1/2 of this mixture into 9 in baking pan
Cover with 4 cups of fruit
Combine last 4 ingredients in pan, cook until thick & clear. Pour over fruit and top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 - 375 for 1 hour
may be served with ice cream
