1 12 ounce package of milk chocolate chips
1 12 ounce package of butterscotch chips
2 /3 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 lbs. powdered sugar
12 ounces dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a double boiler.
Add peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

Spread half of the chocolate mixture in a buttered 9 x 13 pan, or cookie sheet with sides.
Place in freezer to harden.

In a saucepan, melt 1 cup butter. Add 1/4 cup pudding mix and 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and powdered sugar.

Spread pudding mixture over hardened chocolate.

Add peanuts to remaining chocolate and spread over powdered sugar mixture.

Refrigerate until hardened.

Cut into small 1 inch squares to serve.
