1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 C cracker crumbs
2 lb ground chuck
1 small onion, to garnish
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 slice bacon to garnish
1/4 c. Ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbls. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg and milk, add cracker crumbs. Mix in ground chuck, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape in loaf and place in a casserole dish. In separate bowl, mix Ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar; pour over loaf. Place onion and bacon on top. Cover. Bake 350º 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until juice runs clear.
