1 1lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can French onion soup
2 cans corn, peas, or green beans or you can mix them up (drained)
6 potatoes
Sour cream
Butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic, add the ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, Add onion soup and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Place the hamburger mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish, put the vegetables on top.
Mash the potatoes and add sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Put on the top of the casserole.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Edges will brown.
