1 lb. can sweet potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbls. cornstarch
1/2 stick oleo
dash cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Topping

1 c. crushed Cornflakes
3/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Drain sweet potatoes, heat and mash
Dissolve cornstarch in milk
Mix together oleo, cinnamon, sugar, and milk with potatoes and eggs in casserole
Bake 15-20 minutes at 400º

Topping

Mix topping ingredients over low heat
Spread over sweet potato mixture
